ACE STEAM Camp - Little Explorers and Little Explorers II
The theme for the little explorer’s activity was the scavenger hunt. The children started their activity with a warmup and conducted an open ceremony live stream event with US members. Afterward, they reviewed keywords for their scavenger hunt activity and were taken to a farm, where they played five games to obtain hints that would lead them to the gold coins. Children then played flag football, and they summarized what they had learned and experienced towards the end of the day.
Little Explorer II began with a game of twister followed by a scavenger hunt in which children were given hints that led them to golden coins. Students were then able to exchange the coins for games. By the end of the day, students were allowed to share their thoughts on the activity.
